Plus, roofs covered under our maintenance program get even more value with a 12 month warranty on repairs.

Maintenance customers will also receive roof inspections after storm events affecting their property. Identifying and fixing small weather-related damage promptly prevents bigger issues. We monitor weather events and notify you if we believe your roof is affected. Repairs from storm damage may be billed separately and may even be covered by insurance. Recommendations are provided for any roof issues our team identifies.

38-point inspection for membrane roofs: A meticulous assessment covering all critical points, including seams, flashings, penetrations, drainage systems, and surface conditions.
15-point inspection for metal roofs: A focused examination emphasizing seams, fasteners, drainage systems, rust areas, and structural integrity.

These inspections allow us to proactively address minor issues, preventing larger problems and unnecessary costs down the road.

Timely Maintenance and Repairs Included

We will assess your roof for damage, hail or other, that could weaken your roof. We inspect the condition of all flashings/penetrations and repair as needed. We check all seams for any separation, and repair/caulk as needed. We caulk all areas that we see as a potential problem. We clean gutters and downspouts to be sure water is properly flowing off your roof and away from your foundation. We check the entire perimeter of the building and report any adverse changes that have occurred. On metal buildings we also check for any loose fasteners and tighten, as necessary, and much more.
